Jemma Marriott plays for Scotland Girls
AS the only girl in the under-14s side of Carluke football team Milton Rovers, Jemma Marriott is used to challenges.
And arguably Jemma’s biggest assignment so far came when she and her Scotland girls under-15s team-mates took on the might of their German counterparts in two friendly matches.
“The German girls side is the best team in the world at that age group,” said the 13-year-old central midfielder’s dad Craig, of Birkhill Road, Nemphlar.
