Tibetan spaniel Milo won the June heat of the competition run by Vets4Pets to go up against the four other monthly winners in a public vote.

Clyde, a briard from Renfrew, and Cody, a Shetland sheepdog from Cowdenbeath, were named first and second, but Milo and owner Lucy Abercrombie were still invited to a photoshoot at National Trust for Scotland’s Pollok House.

Lucy said: “Milo has been shown at a number of competitions so enjoys his time in the spotlight, and the photoshoot at Pollok House was no different, he loved it.

“Milo doesn’t only bring me great joy, but brings happiness to so many other people as a Therapet, so I’m thrilled that he came in the top three.”
