She said: “As an ambassador for St Andrew’s Hospice, I felt I absolutely had to take part in the ladies’ Midnight Walk.

“I have been practicing for weeks now and thankfully have had my office manager Fiona Fotheringham who challenged me to take part, to motivate me.

“St Andrew’s Hospice provide a fantastic service to the community ensuring that terminally ill individuals can live their final days in comfort and dignity.

“There is still time to sign up, so I urge people to join me in taking up the challenge.

“Alternatively, if members of the community can spare a few pounds, I would like them to donate to my Just Giving page to help raise funds for this fantastic charity.”
