North Lanarkshire Council’s Club 365 for P1-7 pupils, who are entitled to free school meals, is expanding in time for the October week.

The initiative, which offers free meals, multi-sports games and fun activities at weekends and school holidays, is available in the Northern Corridor from Saturday, October 13, for the first time.

Club 365 is open from 11.30am-1.30pm, with lunch served from noon and is now running in Cumbernauld at Abronhill Community Centre and Link Community Centre and in Moodiesburn at the Pivot Centre.

The service is now available at 13 venues across North Lanarkshire and the latest additions follow it being expanded to Burnhead Community Centre during the September weekend.

The other locations it is available in are: the Joe McKay Centre in Bellshill, Bellshill YMCA, Old Townhead Community Centre, Coatbridge Community Centre, Charlotte Toal Centre in Coatbridge, Old Monkland Community Centre in Coatbridge (not Saturdays at this venue), MADE 4U IN ML2 in Wishaw, Centrepoint in Wishaw, and Glencassels Community Development Project.

There is no need to pre-book.
