Carluke driver Malcolm Storie claims Tesco car wash damaged his vehicle
A CARLUKE driver popped into a supermarket carwash – and he claims it cost him over £3,000 thanks to damaged paintwork to his car.
Fifty-year-old Malcolm Storie put his Ford Fiesta into the carwash at Tesco’s Carluke store at his young grand-daughter Tiffany’s suggestion but was left counting the cost of a huge bill.
He claims part of the car’s paintwork was stripped away. And an estimate from a local garage valued the damage at £3,049.
