The ceremony, on Friday, June 12, will honour Victoria Cross winner William Angus.

A special commemorative paving stone, provided by the UK Government, will be laid exactly 100 years to the day he rescued fellow Carluke man Lt James Martin in ‘No Man’s Land’ during World War One.
