The giving won’t stop as caring Motherwell group helps more families at Christmas
The incident which drew national headlines, saw two families left without a home in Motherwell’s Corrie Drive. Caring North Motherwell Community Group rallied with goods in kind and online crowdfunding.

“The families were amazed at the levels of generosity.”
Yet the group is not content to stop there in its quest to make the festive season better for vulnerable people.

“Let’s show folks the caring side of the Northies once again!
“Parks of Hamilton director Willie Cumming has kindly agreed to provide a free two-day van hire to distribute the goods – if you don’t ask you don’t get!”
