Property prices in East Renfrewshire continue to rise
House prices increased slightly, by 0.7 per cent, in East Renfrewshire in October.
The rise contributes to the longer-term trend, which has seen property prices in the area achieve six per cent annual growth.

Hide AdThe average East Renfrewshire house price in October was £239,140, according to figures from Register of Scotland.
Over the last year, the average sale price of property in East Renfrewshire rose by £14,000 – putting the area seventh among Scotland’s 32 local authorities for annual growth.
The best annual growth in the region was in the Shetland Islands, where property prices increased on average by 14.2 per cent to £179,000.
