Murder bid charge youth stays in custody
A youth has been remanded in custody to await trial for the attempted murder of a boy of 16 in New Stevenston.
Connor Anderson (18), of New Stevenston, made no plea during a second appearance at Hamilton Sheriff Court.
The boy suffered a serious head injury in Coronation Park on July 11. A youth of 17, who cannot be named, has also been charged in connection with the incident.
