North Lanarkshire Heritage Centre in Motherwell is set to celebrate Easter with a song and rabbit-filled family fun day on Monday.
The centre will be open from 10am-4pm and a host of activities will be on offer throughout the day.
Included in the programme will be demonstrations from Bunny and Co, with real rabbits to handle as well as Easter-themed crafts, competitions and both traditional and giant games.
The CultureNL mobile playground will also be on site, giving another opportunity for fun.
Visitors can also enjoy performances from Summerlee Museum’s B-Flat Miners’ Choir.
Additional activities will be based around the centre’s current exhibition ‘All in a Day’s Work’, on domestic service over the past 100 years.
Culture NL’s Laura Eales said: “The heritage centre is a wonderful venue for family event days no matter what the weather.
“Our walled garden makes for a safe and sunny play-space for good days - and if it’s wet, our indoors activity rooms are dry and cosy.
“Rain or shine, we’ll all be having a great time at the heritage centre on Easter Monday, so pop along and join us for an hour or two.”
Admission to the centre is free, with a small charge for some craft activities to help cover the cost of materials.
