The 2014 Motherwell Beer Festival makes a welcome return to Motherwell Concert Hall this Friday and Saturday.
Once again, beer lovers can sample some of the finest beers from around the globe including Sapporo, Desperados, Baccus Framboise and Damm Lemon.
If beer isn’t your thing there is also a collection of Scottish and German lagers on tap and a few for the brave with the likes of Chilli Beer, Bad Attitude Dude and Red Rice Ale available, plus Alaska Nordic Berries Cider.
To entice all-comers new for this year is a selection of wines and all-new cocktail menu.
The usual great mix of live music will accompany the drinks with Counselled Out headlining on Friday, joined by The Beggar’s Lake, Sean Kennedy Band and Soldier On.
The Voodoo River Blues Band and The Lane feature on Saturday along with Georgia Smith, Dogtooth, Full Tonne Kidd, Button Up and The Espedair Street Band
Tickets costing £5 are only available at the door and the festival is open from 6pm-midnight on Friday and 1.30pm-midnight on Saturday.
Getting down early is advised to avoid disappointment.
