Get ready to rock as three of the country’s top tribute acts perform across two nights at Motherwell Concert Hall this week.
AC/DC UK are first up as they return to Motherwell with their uncanny take on Aussie rock legends AC/DC on Friday.
Capturing the on-stage magic of the real thing, AC/DC UK look like AC/DC, sound like them and generate the same rock ‘n’ roll atmosphere.
This packed show features all the great rock anthems including ‘Back in Black’, ‘Highway to Hell’, ‘You Shook Me All Night Long’, and many more.
While AC/DC are still wowing audiences around the world, the same cannot be said of Oasis or The Jam.
However, enjoy the next best thing as Definitely Mightbe also get reacquainted with Motherwell on Saturday.
Although Oasis’s number one tribute don’t share the same sibling rivalry as the real thing, they do have a lot in common with the Gallaghers when it comes to reproducing their rousing anthems and stage presence.
With over two hours of material to draw from, including the hits, live favourites, b-sides and Noel’s acoustic numbers, the crowd-pleasers deliver a Britpop marathon.
Support is provided by The Underground Jam who capture the raw energy of The Jam’s early punk roots as well as playing a range of their later back catalogue.
For a complete change of pace psychic medium Donna Fallon (pictured) is at Motherwell Theatre on Tuesday.
Often cited as ‘International Psychic to the Stars’, demand for Donna’s services has taken her to America and Japan, with her roster of clients including Kerry Katona and Eastenders star Cheryl Ferguson.
All shows start at 7.30pm and tickets costing £15 for AC/DC UK, £12 for Definitely Mightbe and £17.50 for Donna Fallon are available by calling 01698 403120 or visit NLC entertainment
