Stephen Robinson reveals that Motherwell midfielder Andy Rose faces three weeks out injured
The absence of Rose - as well as Craig Tanner who will be out for up to six months with a knee injury - further weakens the squad and ’Well gaffer Stephen Robinson hasn’t ruled out signing a free transfer before the season is out.
“It is the forward area I’m looking at,” the Northern Irishman told the Motherwell Times. “There is not a lot out there but we are always looking.

Hide Ad“We have Ryan Bowman and Curtis Main, but maybe Deimantas Petravicius and some of the younger boys will get a chance.”
Seventh placed Motherwell - who trail Hearts by six points with just three games to play until the split, will have a full week’s training as usual this week but won’t play another Premiership fixture until a home clash against Rangers a week on Saturday.
The Steelmen then take on Aberdeen at Fir Park on Tuesday, April 3.
“We are full of confidence going into every game if we play like we can,” Robbo said.
