Thorniewood continue their battle to beat the drop from the Super League when they travel to face Rutherglen Glencairn on Saturday.

The Viewpark side remain bottom of the First Division table following Saturday’s defeat at Maybole but will be hoping to bounce back against mid-table Glencairn.

The sides drew 1-1 when they met at Robertson Park in September.

Meanwhile Bellshill’s bid to reach the Super League sees them face promotion rivals Dunipace at Fullarton Park.

Saturday’s win over Wishaw maintained Athletic’s lead at the top of the Central First Division table, but although they are 10 points adrift third-placed Dunipace do have two games in hand.

The sides have yet to meet this season, but last season both games ended in away successes as Bellshill won 3-2 at Dunipace but then lost 2-1 at Fullarton Park.

Both Saturday’s matches kick-off at 1.45pm.
