Siblings hoping to cuddle up in forever home

JUST THE TWO OF US . . . Gilmour and Winston.

EVERY week the Times & Speaker teams up with the Scottish SPCA in a bid to rehome a pet.

And this week it is the turn of siblings Gilmour and Winston, who are currently staying at the charity’s Lanarkshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre in Hamilton.

Centre manager Karen Russell said: “Gilmour and Winston are two lovely staffies aged four-years-old who have been together since they were puppies.

“We would love to find this brother and sister a new family with a heart and a home big enough for them to stay together because they are not only siblings but best pals too.

“Gilmour and Winston love to snuggle up in the same bed together and use each other as pillows. They both know basic commands and have very affectionate natures.

“We are looking for a home where someone will be home most of the day.”

If you can offer Gilmour and Winston a loving home, please call the SSPCA Animal Helpline 03000 999 999, quoting ref Motherwell Times. The Lanarkshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre, on Bothwell Road, is open Monday to Sunday, 10am until 4pm.
