Motherwell resident Marion Butler has scooped a £50 shopping voucher by taking part in North Lanarkshire Council’s housing repairs survey.
The short online survey gives people the chance to help shape how the repairs service is delivered.
Marion, who lives in Coursington Gardens, said: “There has been quite a lot of things needed done about the house since we moved in and there have been some things we weren’t completely happy with.
“The workmen though have always been polite and I’m pleased we get the chance to give some feedback to the council.”
Everyone taking part is entered into a monthly prize draw to win a voucher.
Des Murray, head of Housing Property Services, said: “We want to hear from local people about their experiences when they have needed repair work done in their homes.
“Getting feedback from our tenants means we can continue improving our service and identify areas for investment.”
