Baseball bat threat trial
A man has denied wielding a baseball bat and making threats at a car scrapyard.
Hamzah Saeed (21), of Crossgates, Bellshill, is accused of threatening behaviour at Lanarkshire Auto Breakers in Mossend last December.
Saeed failed to turn up for trial at Hamilton Sheriff Court last month, but a fresh trial date has been set for December and he has been given bail.
