Blood management company Haemonetics has put its Bothwell premises up for sale for £1.2 million.
Last year the American firm announced it was closing the Ashley Drive facility to move production to Malaysia with the loss of nearly 300 jobs.
Glasgow-based real estate company Cushman & Wakefield has been given responsibility for bringing it to market.
The 47,222 sq ft site, which is accessed via Fallside Road, features three interconnecting industrial and manufacturing units over ground and first floor levels.
Internally, the property currently provides a mixture of industrial warehousing, modern open plan office accommodation and purpose built clean rooms .
Generous car parking is provided to the front of the property with a secure yard to the rear which has CCTV enabled.
Also available for purchase, but not included in the £1.2 million price tag, is a residential block which Haemonetics used as storage.
It is estimated the new owner would be able to move in towards the end of next summer.
