LANARKSHIRE rockers Till This Night have raised around £200 for a leading cancer charity thanks to sales from their debut EP.
The band, who formed at Motherwell College, held a launch night for their EP Never Wise By Chance recently at the Classic Grand in Glasgow - and the proceeds raised from sales went to Cancer Research UK.
The success of the EP was no doubt helped by Wet Wet Wet’s Graeme Duffin who recorded and produced the mini album at the Foundry Music Lab in Motherwell.
The band, made up of percussionist Adam MacEachran (18) from Bothwell, singer Danielle Tonner (18) from Rutherglen and guitarist and singer John Muir (19) from Bellshill, also received plenty of praise from Graeme for their debut recording, who said: “Quirky songs! Great ideas, and lots of clarity!”
The group would like to thank everyone in the Lanarkshire area for supporting the event and buying their EP. For more information, visit www.myspace.com/tillthisnightofficial.
