MSP finds out how he can engage with businesses

When Mr Lyle opened his constituency office in Bellshill, he invited his Main Street business neighbours to join him for an open day event.

His visit to MW Carpets and Flooring owner John Wood was the latest in his follow-up plans to learn about work in the community.

Richard said: “The SNP Government, since they took office, have been committed to growing our local economy through initiatives such as the Small Business Bonus which has seen relief for many businesses across Scotland.

“It was fantastic to hear from John about what he and his family are doing in our community, and I hope that he and others like him continue to have success by commitment of local people to shopping locally!”
