ARE you ready for adventure? You could win Myro, the Smallest Plane in the World Audio Story Books narrated by Christopher Biggins, and other Myro goodies for you, your classmates and your teacher.
To celebrate this week’s launch of the new ‘Myro, the Smallest Plane in the World’ Children’s iPad Story Apps and Audio Story Books + CDs, narrated by the ‘King of Pantos’ and ‘I’m A Celebrity’ winner Christopher Biggins, we are offering a bumper prize for two lucky winners and their classes!
Entrants must be at primary school and aged between four and seven years of age only.
We are giving away two main sets of prizes and each will receive for themselves a set of six Myro audio story books and CDs along with a Myro activity pack.
They will also win a Myro picture story book for every child in their class (maximum 35 books) and a Myro story sack for their teacher, total prize worth up to £325.
And that’s not all. There will be six runners up prize winners who will each receive a Myro audio story book with CD and a Myro activity pack. They will also win a Myro story sack for their teacher, each total prize worth £33.
This new series of Myro iPad story apps and audio story books plus CDs are based on the original Myro picture storybooks and follow the adventures of a little British Microlight called Myro – mischievous, curious and prone to disaster – as he settles into his new home in Australia.
The iPad story apps are fully interactive with animations, music, sound effects, actors and songs.
Like the audio story books and CDs, they are narrated by the wonderful Christopher Biggins. With their gripping stories, beautiful images and irresistible characters, ‘Myro, the Smallest Plane in the World’ is sure to find a place in everyone’s heart.
If you are not among our winners, the iPad story apps can be downloaded from the app store and the audio story books + CDs are available from Waterstones, Amazon.com and independent booksellers.
To win one of these fantastic prizes, all your child has to do is simply draw a picture of Myro or one of his friends on an A4 sheet of paper.
Then send your entry, either individially or all together in one envelope as a class, to Myro Competition, Motherwell Times, 29 Hope Street, Motherwell, ML1 1BT, to reach us by Friday, November 30.
Please complete the coupon below and attach it to the back of the competition entry, so the picture is not damaged.
Remember this competition is open to primary school pupils aged between four years old and seven only.
All prize winners will be contacted by Martin Clark, editor of the Motherwell Times and Bellshill Speaker, as soon as the judging has taken place.
Many of the entries sent in for the competition will also appear in a special feature which will be run in the Times and Speaker.
