Youngsters on the ball at Fir Park summer school

YOUNGSTERS have kickstarted their summer holidays by taking part in Motherwell FC’s summer coaching school.

Open to boys and girls from five up to 15, the summer school takes place at the astroturf pitch next to Fir Park and will run on a weekly basis right through to Friday, August 10.

The school takes place from 9am to 3pm with full or half day sessions available. Cost is £5 per session, £10 per day or £45 per week and the school includes expert professional coaching from SFA-accredited coaches according to players’ size and ability.

And as our pictures show the youngsters who went along during the first week simply had a ball.
