Motherwell made their first signing of the summer on Monday as Paul Lawson arrived at Fir Park from Ross County.
The midfielder played over 150 times during a six year spell at Victoria Park, and officially joins the club on June 1.
The 29-year-old said: “It’s great to have my future sorted out. There is a lot of uncertainty around Scottish Football so it’s really pleasing to have things sorted early doors.
“Obviously the boys have enjoyed a fantastic season and I am keen to try and continue that next year.”
Simon Ramsden signed a new two-year deal on Friday, while contracts have been offered to Tom Hateley, Chris Humphrey, Michael Higdon and James McFadden and Fraser Kerr.
Going in the other direction are Darren Randolph and Nicky Law, who turned down new deals, while Steven Saunders, Omar Daley, Steve Hetherington, Josh Watt, Nicky Devlin, Adam Asghar and Dominic Green have been released and Kallum Higginbotham returns to parent club Huddersfield.
