Have your say

Members of Motherwell and Wishaw Operatic Society certainly looked the part when they took to the stage in March 1999 to perform ‘The Pirates of Penzance.’

It was the first time that the society, which produced its first show in 1968, had been given permission to stray into the world of Gilbert and Sullivan and the production ran over six nights at Motherwell Civic Theatre with audiences enthusiastic in showing their appreciation.
