Staff at the Rainbow Room salon in Uddingston were recognised at the company’s 26th annual congress held at Airth Castle Hotel and Spa.
Following a day of team building exercises, including each salon creating their own coat of arms, and creative seminars hosted by the International Artistic Team it was time for the awards to be given out.
The biggest prize of the night which headed back home to Uddingston came as Alexa Scott and Ollie Baxter won the Creative Collection Gents Award.
Kerry Connolly and Nicole McDonald picked up a silver and bronze commendation respectively in the Total Styling Award, and both also received a Self Improvement Award, as did colleagues Fiona McDonald and Sarah Scott.
Uddingston salon owners Suzie McGill and Sam McFarlane are immensely proud of their whole team.
They said: “We could not be more proud of our team, they have worked so hard over the past year and we know they absolutely deserve this success.
“The RRI congress awards really motivate the team and inspire them for the year ahead.”
