Bellshill centre operating at full capacity
EVANS Easyspace has announced its Bellshill centre is operating at 100 per cent occupancy for the first time since it opened in 2000.
The centre in Bellshill Industrial Estate has a full tenancy list of 59 companies for its offices, workshops and warehouses across a wide range of sectors from recruitment and retail to financial services and construction.
The newest tenants include a payment protection company, a specialist fruit and veg retailer, a distribution firm, a temporary block fencing business, a finance company and a stage hire and set production business.
Centre manager Marian Patterson said: “It’s fantastic that we are at full occupancy and appealing to such a diverse range of businesses.
“Our facilities here boast a range of high quality offices which offer a variety of additional services within a vibrant business community environment.
“The new tenants are now in a position to benefit from measures designed to help them to focus on developing and establishing their businesses including easy in, easy out terms, secure 24-hour access, free parking, no legal costs or landlord’s insurance and regular free business networking events.”
Other services and facilities available to all tenants include state-of-the-art internet and telephone system, dedicated broadband and Wi-Fi, central reception with personalised telephone answering, secretarial services, business advice service and support, conference and meeting rooms, kitchen facilities and catering.
