Arrest after drugs raid at Motherwell house

DRUGS worth more than £76,000 have allegedly been discovered at a house in Forgewood.

Police raided a property on Talisman Crescent shortly after 5pm on Thursday (December 27).

A quantity of cannabis plants were discovered and seized by officers.

A 27-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the alleged find and has been detained in custody pending an appearance at court.
