A little angel

Baby Harper is welcomed home by mum Sandra, dad John and big brother Regan.

CLELAND tot Harper Bell was the first baby born in Lanarkshire on Christmas day.

She made her arrival at Wishaw General Hospital at 1.13am, which was a bit of a shock to mum Sandra Greenfell, coming three weeks before her due date.

Both mum and baby are doing well and are back home in Crossgates Avenue where our phtotographer Rodger price caught up with them along with with dad John and older brother Regan (2).

Harper is Sandra’s fourth child. She is also mum to Marc (14) and Darren (11).

Sandra said: “She was a little bit of a surpise coming three weeks early, but everything is fine. She is like a little angel, but I wasn’t going to call her Angel - I wouldn’t have done that to her - so as angels play harps and Harper means harp player we settled on that.”
