BUSINESS-minded pupils at a Motherwell school have raised vital funds for the Dogs Trust by using their enterprising skills.
Children in the P3 class at Knowetop Primary could give Lord Alan Sugar a run for his money after raising £757.
The charity works closely with schools around the country and during a trip to Knowetop, the children decided to fundraise by selling Dogs Trust Canine Gang character soft toys.
The children visited all the classes in the school to tell them about their project and the work of Dogs Trust and sold the fun toys to raise ‘pounds for our hounds’.
