JUST GIVING . . . kind-hearted pupils at Bellshill’s Cardinal Newman High School have boosted the funds of various charities.
The school has raised over £5,000 this year during ‘homeroom’ time.
Students welcomed representatives from Mary’s Meals, SCIAF and Aid to the Church in Need to present them with cheques for £500 each at the sixth year leavers mass.

As well as donations from pupils themselves, the cash was raised through events such as car washes and junior discos.
