EVERY week the Times & Speaker teams up with the Scottish SPCA in a bid to rehome a pet.

And this week is the turn of sibling cats Paws and Cuddles, who are currently staying at the charity’s Lanarkshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre in Hamilton.

The centre’s Gillian Boyle said: “Paws and Cuddles are beautiful sisters aged around 18 months. They arrived in our care after their owner could no longer provide for them.

“These beauties are looking for a new home together. They can be a little shy until they get to know people, but once they come around are very friendly and affectionate girls.

“As they are quite timid, Paws and Cuddles would suit a home with no toddlers.”

If you can give Paws and Cuddles a loving home, please call the SSPCA Animal Helpline 03000 999 999, quoting ref Motherwell Times.

The Lanarkshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre, on Bothwell Road, is open Monday to Sunday from 10am until 4pm.
