Hamilton North and Bellshill MP Dr John Reid enjoys a toast of the non-alcoholic variety during a visit to the Robert Wiesman Dairies milk factory in Bellshill in May 2000.

Dr Reid, pictured with chairman Alan Wiseman (left) and Nils Bjorkman of Tetra Pak, performed the official opening ceremony at the firm’s new multi-million pound moulding facility, set up to produce 264 million plastic bottles a year and create 68 new jobs.
