Dalziel High’s annual Choral Shield brought a splash of colour to the Clyde Auditorium in Glasgow.
The event attracted senior pupils from the school’s Grieg, Colville and Barclay houses to battle it out to prove who had the most entertaining routine.
All three houses produced shows of the highest order, but it was Colville who were chosen as the eventual winners with their performance around the theme of ‘education’.
However, neither Grieg or Barclay disappointed with their performances on ‘space’ and ‘rock n roll’ respectively.
Some of Dalziel’s younger pupils were also given a chance to perform on the Glasgow stage as the cast of October’s, school show sang a selection from the Buddy Holly Musical.
