Every week the Times & Speaker teams up with the
Scottish SPCA in a bid to rehome a pet.
And this week is the turn of mother and son pair Piper and Wyatt, who are currently staying at the charity’s Lanarkshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre in Hamilton.
Centre assistant manager Lorraine Alba said: “Piper and Wyatt are two lovely dogs looking for a new forever home together.
“Piper is the black and white female cross, around six-years-old, and she is mum to Wyatt who is five-years-old.
“Piper and Wyatt are like two peas in a pod and are completely inseparable. They eat out of the same bowl and even sleep in the same bed!
“They can be quite shy and a little unsure of new people, but gain confidence from each other. Piper and Wyatt love exploring the outdoors, side by side of course, and walk great on the lead together.
“We hope someone can offer this mum and son their new forever home.”
