BELLSHILL-born author Mark Wilson has published another book.

Mark, who grew up in the area and now lives in Edinburgh, has already released Bobby’s Boy and Paddy’s Daddy.

He has since been hard at work on fictional novel Naebody’s Hero and setting up his own publishing company.

The finished copy - featuring a cover designed by one of the high school teacher’s pupils - is now available to buy from outlets such as Amazon.

Mark said: “The cover for Naebody’s Hero is amazing and was designed by a very talented 16-year-old in my school, who I’ve now recruited to do all of the covers for my new company.

“In addition to my own writing, I’ve also recently established a new publishing company called Paddy’s Daddy Publishing.

“We’re in the process of recruiting authors. So far I’ve several authors ready to sign with me, including Motherwell writer, Des McAnulty, author of Life is Local.

“I remain dedicated to telling positive stories about the places and people I grew up in and with, as well as supporting other authors in producing great books.

“If I can promote and develop Scottish and in particular, Lanarkshire authors, all the better.”
