Mega fashion show looks good
TEENAGERS from all over North Lanarkshire took centre stage at a fashion-themed event at the Mega Bar in Motherwell recently.
The How To Look Good Fully Clothed evening was organised by the council's community learning and development team and offered fashion and health advice.
It was supported by NHS Lanarkshire, who offered advice on mental health and the Landed Peer Education group who provided sexual health information.
The event also showcased clothing from Cherrypie, Core, New Look, Internacionale and Florence and Fred@Tesco, with entertainment being provided by the Cosmic Flames and Slam Squad.
Youngsters enjoyed hair and beauty advice, spray tan demonstrations, an accessory sale, free photoshoots and UV face-painting.
