THE Easter Egg Club elected Stuart Dick to serve as president for the coming year at its recent agm.

Stuart had previously served as president and treasurer of the group Stuart, and was delighted to take up the reigns once again.

Also elected were vice-president Andrea Crawford, secretary May Gwynne, treasurer Paula Fisher, concert party co-ordinator Jennifer Greenhill and committee members Lynda Clark and Heather Black.

They will now begin the task of planning the club’s next show which will take place in Motherwell Theatre in April.

In order to help boost ticket sales the club has a concert party that can provide entertainment to local guilds, men’s clubs, sheltered housing complexes and the like.

The programme can be arranged to suit individual requirements and will feature music from their last show ‘Lost in Music’ featuring popular music from the 1940s to the present day.
