YOUNGSTERS in North Lanarkshire are being given the opportunity to let their imaginations run wild thanks to selection of theatre workshops.

The workshops are taking place throughout the area and are opened to young people from five to 15-years-old.

Those taking part participate in weekly drama classes developing creativity, imagination and skills in performing arts.

The classes also allow them to increase their self confidence and self expression.

Kids aged five to eight-years-old can join the class in Bellshill Cultural Centre on a Tuesday from 4.30 to 5.30pm.

Those aged nine to 15 years can attend classes in the same venue on that day from 5.30 to 6.30pm.

Classes also take place in New Stevenston Community Centre on a Wednesday from 4 to 5pm for aged five to eight-year-olds.

Those aged nine to 12 can attend the same venue on that day but the time slot is 5.15 to 6.15pm.
