EVERY week the Times & Speaker teams up with the Scottish SPCA in a bid to rehome a pet.

And this week is the turn of Xhibit who is currently staying at the charity’s Lanarkshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre in Hamilton.

The centre’s Gillian Boyle said: “Xhibit is a handsome male staffie aged around 18 months.

“This friendly boy arrived in our care after being found as a stray and, sadly, his owner never came forward for him.

“Xhibit is an intelligent boy who knows basic commands. He is a rather vocal boy so he would be better suited to a house rather than a flat.

“Xhibit is looking for a home with no children under eight-years-old.”

If you can give Xhibit a loving home, please call the SSPCA Animal Helpline 03000 999 999, quoting ref Motherwell Times. The Rehoming Centre, on Bothwell Road, is open Monday to Sunday from 10am until 4pm.
