Bumblebee is buzzing at thought of new home

HOMELESS . . . Bumblebee.

HOMELESS . . . Bumblebee.

EVERY week the Times & Speaker teams up with the Scottish SPCA in a bid to rehome a pet.

And this week is the turn of Bumblebee, who is being looked after at the charity’s Lanarkshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre in Hamilton.

The centre’s Gillian Boyle said: “Bumblebee is a gorgeous tortie and white cat aged around two-years-old.

“She arrived in our care after her owner could no longer look after her.

“Bumblebee is a very sweet and affectionate girl who would suit a family home.

“She is litter trained and has previously lived with other cats, so may be able to go to a new home with a feline friend.”

If you can give Bumblebee a loving home, then please call the SSPCA Animal Helpline 03000 999 999, quoting ref Motherwell Times.

The Lanarkshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre, on Bothwell Road, is open Monday to Sunday from 10am until 4pm.
